Hat Club Guidelines and FAQs

We will continue to add to this page as questions are submitted by our club members.

In order to provide custom and unique hats each quarter it is important to understand the cutoff dates for new member sign-ups or cancelling your membership.  It is important that we have a set number of members to be sure we always have enough items and that it arrives on time each quarter.  This is compressed a bit in 2019 as we get started but will have a more consistent schedule in subsequent years. *Anyone can cancel or signup at any time.  The following shows which quarterly membership you are eligible for or obligated to:

Q1 Signups Cutoff: February 28 (for 2019 only)
Q1 hats will be sent the second week of April

 

Q2 Signups and Cancelations Cutoff: April 30
Q2 hats will be sent the first week of June

 

Q3 Signups and Cancelations Cutoff: July 31
Q3 hats will be sent the first week of September

 

Q4  Signups and Cancelations Cutoff: October 31
Q4 hats will be sent the first week of December

 

The recurring membership cost will charge your card at 11:59PM Central on the 4 cutoff dates highlighted above.  Remember, you can still cancel after that cutoff date but you will not be eligible for a refund and you will receive the upcoming membership box.

 

Will I know ahead of time what type of hat or design I will be receiving? No. Part of the excitement of the club is opening the box to a surprise each quarter.  However, we may send hints and some information to help keep you informed. We always strive to design unique hats with the highest quality materials and attention to detail.  These designs are exclusive to hat club members.

Can I cancel my membership? Yes, you may cancel your membership at any time. Your membership is not a long-term commitment.  However, please pay attention to the quarterly cutoff dates listed above.

If I add a 2nd hat to my box, will it automatically be added to my order each quarter? No, the option to add a 2nd hat to your order is a one time add-on and is not added or billed automatically each quarter.  If you would like to add a 2nd hat to future quarterly shipments, you can go back and add it each time. We will send out reminders with links to add them to make it easy for you.

If I add a sticker 3-pack to my box, will it automatically be added to my order each quarter? No, the option to add a sticker 3-pack to your order is a one time add-on and is not added or billed automatically each quarter.  If you would like to add a sticker 3-pack to future quarterly shipments, you can go back and add it each time. We will send out reminders with links to add them to make it easy for you.
